How and when we will get your order to you.
Garden Themed Gifts
We use Royal Mail to make our deliveries to you. You can select 2nd class post or 1st class post as delivery options. The postage cost includes the postage and packaging costs of getting your hand picked and carefully packaged order to you by a trusted and reliable delivery service.
We will select and package your order on the day we receive your order and payment. If your order is received before 11am, we will endeavour to get your order to the Post Office on the same day. If you select the 1st class option – it’s possible your order may be delivered to you the next day, but even Royal Mail cannot guarantee next day delivery on 1st Class packages. If you are desperate for next day delivery please get in touch before you order and pay, and we will see what we can do for you. When selecting the 2nd class option – you can expect to receive your order within 2 – 3 working days of your purchase, possibly even quicker.
Saturdays & Sundays – If we receive your order on a Saturday or Sunday we will pick and package it ready for posting on Monday morning. If we receive your order on a Friday before 11am we will get it to the Post Office the same day. If you order after 11am on a Friday, we will get your order to the Post Office on the Saturday morning. You will then need to factor in the 1 – 3 working days timescale for delivery thereafter depending on the delivery option you selected.
Unfortunately we cannot give any guarantee, warranty or promise that your bulbs or seeds will germinate, grow, or flower. There are just so many variables that are out of our control – from storage, planting, soil, weather, animals, birds, pests, disease – all of which can impact on the health and productiveness of your bulbs and seeds. What we can assure you is we select our suppliers very carefully. Our bulb supplier is a family business with over 60 years experience of buying and selling bulbs within the wholesale market. We trust their knowledge and the quality of their product.
